Nail art: One-stroke flowers with nail polish

This week, I felt like painting some flowers onto my nails. My favourite way of doing so, is by using the one-stroke method, though… And I recently threw away my acrylic paints because they had all dried out. So I decided to try it with nail polish instead ๐Ÿ˜‰

Tools I used:

-Flat nail art brush (clean-up)
-Nail polish remover (clean-up)
-Angled nail art brush
-Striper brush
-Small dotting tool (for picking up rhinestones)

Nail polishes I used:

-Essence Hardening nail base
-Sinful Colors – Pistache
-Essence – Break Through
-Essence – Free Hugs
-Essence – Love Is In The Air
-P2 – Artful
-Essence Better Than Gel Nails top coat

  1. Apply base coat
  2. Apply two layers of pale green
  3. Paint flower petals using the one-stroke method (can also be done with acrylic paint)
  4. Paint some leaves using dark green and a striper brush
  5. Apply a glittery rhinestone to the centre of each flower (using top coat as glue)
  6. Apply top coat
