Nail art: 3D beach!

It’s summer, and I really wanted to do a fun yet easy manicure! Something that’s still possible to do on a warm day when I don’t want to be inside doing my nails all day, yet something that stands out. So I decided to do this beach look 🙂

Tools/items used:

-Acrylic paint
-Nail art sand
-Nail art shells
-Fan brush
-Marbling tool

Nail polishes used:

-Essence Hardening nail base
-Miss Sporty (nameless turquoise)
-Rituals Nail Gloss
-Essence Better Than Gel Nails top coat

  1. Apply base coat
  2. Add two to three layers of a pale turquoise nail polish (opacity matters less on the accent nail)
  3. Use top coat on the nails to make a perfect base for painting
  4. Use white and blue acrylic paint on the non-accent nails to create a water look
  5. On the accent nail, use a fan brush and brown plus yellow paint for a sand look
  6. Apply another layer of topcoat on the accent nail and add the nail art sand. Then add some nail art shells
  7. Finish the nails with a final layer of top coat, and they’re done!
