dsc_1728

What would a witch’s nails look like after a long day of creating magic potions? I imagine something like this… Well, if the witch would be as messy as I am 😛

Tools/items I used:

-Sponge

Nail polishes I used:

-Born Pretty Store green gel polish (as a base)
-Sinful Colors – Vacation Time
-HEMA – Purple holographic
-(red ice cream cone nail polish, can’t find brand name)
-OPI – Did It On ‘Em
-Catrice Matte and More top coat
-Essence Better Than Gel Nails top coat

  1. Apply a basecoat (or buff the gel polish, if you’re using that as a base)
  2. Add a thick coat or two thin ones of an opaque nude nail polish
  3. Sponge on some blood, slime and magic (also known as red, lime green and purple glitter nail polish)
  4. Apply matte top coat all over the nails
  5. Once that’s dry, add some glossy top coat over the ‘stains’
